Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
